Terms & Conditions

Baileys Print Co. sells physical printed documents as well as graphic design services. All payments are due before the processing of orders begin. Payments can be made on the website via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Clients paying by direct bank transfer may have to wait a maximum of 3 days for their order to be processed. Baileys Print Co. will not start processing any order until the corresponding funds have cleared. Baileys Print Co. guarantees that regular sized orders (between 50-200 items) will be processed within 5 business days. Orders larger than this may take up to 10 business days. Orders can be picked up by the client from our Burwood office in Melbourne, Victoria, or shipped to the client. Standard Australia Post shipping times apply.

Copyright

All Baileys Print Co. designs are protected under Australian copyright law. No part may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without written consent. Baileys Print Co. holds ownership and copyright on all designs whether custom designed or an existing design. Baileys Print Co. reserves the right to use any custom-designed pieces for future invitation and stationery design themes and layouts.

Digital Proofs

A digital PDF proof is sent to the client for approval before printing begins. The responsibility falls to the client to ensure that all details are correct in the digital proof. The finished product may vary to how they look on your screen. All errors that are approved in the final proof, regardless of how the error occurred, will be at the client’s expense. Any errors made by the client will also be covered by them. It is vital for clients to check proofs thoroughly. If an excessive number of changes or a dramatic re-design or new design is requested, additional charges will apply.

Refunds and Order Cancellations

Full refunds can be given if no work has begun on the order. If the time has been spent, an hourly rate will be deducted from the refund for the amount of time spent on the order before cancellation. Printing of orders does not begin until Baileys Print Co. sends a digital proof, and receives approval from the client. If you are not happy with the end product received (the physical printed order), Baileys Print Co. cannot be held liable and refunds will not be issued. The responsibility falls to the client to ensure that all details are correct in the digital proof. Baileys Print Co. works hard to ensure that clients’ orders arrive without any damage, however, they cannot be held liable for any damage caused in transit by Australia Post or their affiliates.
